Boom Sprayer
- The tractor operated boom sprayer worked satisfactorily for different crops for spraying operation.
- This sprayer covers large area in one pass so that save the time and energy. Also, reduce some demand and drudgery of labor.
- Chemical water mixture flow direction: tank-suction filter-diaphragm pump-Controls-Nozzles
- Boom can be fold by hydraulically or manually.
- Height of boom can be adjust by hydraulically or mechanical (by sliding mechanism).
- Sprayer available in different capacities such as 300, 400, 500, 600 and 800.
- Use 55 & 65 lpm diaphragm pump (Italy make) and operated by PTO.
- Used Anti-drip nozzle because form different nozzle distribution pattern to meet specific application requirements.
- Spacing of nozzles on boom are adjusted with proper overlapping and boom distribution pattern.
- Suitable for 24 HP and above tractors.
- Galvanized frame prevent corrosion.
- Guidelines and necessary instruction stickers on tank.
- Low maintenance cost and quick service.
- Bottom of tank attach hydraulic agitator for maintain a proper fertilizer mix in spray tank.
- Design and quality according to Indian climatic condition for durability.
- There are three corrosion resistant polyethylene tank 1. Chemical water mixture, 2. Hand wash 3. Water reservoir tank.
- Fluid volume indicator on the side of tank to view the tank’s contents.
